One of the scariest parts of dog ownership is the area of canine health. Whenever we hear a Vet pronounce a diagnosis that we don't understand, it can be very frightening. Information about the disease, the diagnostic process, the possible treatment options help to allow us to make better informed decisions for the best care of our dogs. We have assembled a list of volunteers who have attempted to become knowledgeable in at least one area of canine health. If you have questions, or if you have experiences that you wish to share that might help others, feel free to contact one of the people below. If you would like to be on this list as a contact for an area that you know well, and would like to help others in their search for information, please contact Pat Long.
We do not claim to be vets, nor do we seek
to tell you how to treat your dog. But we will try our best to
help you get as much
information as we can, or to help you find others who may also be
able to help.
